My Citibank credit card suddenly been deactivated. I called citibank for reason: They answered me that my card is confirmed deactivated. and if you want to know detail, write in to request. What kins of answer is that. where I cant even know what’s going on to my account. This really make me mad , I have never think about CITIBANK has this kind of worst service and treatment to their customer. come on people. if you want to take CITIBANK CREDIT CARD Think 10000.

I selected Citibank because they keep sending me letters about there great offer they have for me. I had got letters for over a year from them. The deal was a 1.9% rate for ten months if I would transfer 4,500.00 from another credit card company.
